They are Cruel

They are Cruel

They are Cruel - a poem by Rixa White - Silentaria How many of us suffered to death?
How many of them gained more wealth?

How many of us mourned?
How many of them earned?

How many times we suffered such a pain?
How many times they will do this again?

They are Cruel

but…

We don’t have to be.

A slight change

A slight change

Pains are not to be relieved

Sorrows are not to fade away

a slight change in the vision

may bring a new experience

The Ancient Deception

The Ancient Deception

'The Ancient Deception' - a poem by Rixa White - Silentaria

Injured Soul
Fainted Eyes

Returning
from where?

Weary feet
Weak arms

Treading
toward where?

Struggled
in vain battles

Fighting
delusive enemies

Erred by
a deception

The ancient deception
